April Smasal, Office Manager/Billing Specialist
April has been on staff serving our patients since 2015 and promoted to Office Manager in 2019. She oversees office operations, billing and insurance, and handles workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. She is a loving mother and wife, an talented baker, enjoys ballroom dancing, delights in all things vintage, and prefers warm sunny days.
Rachel Lane, Office Assistant
Rachel first joined our staff in 2017. She took a couple year hiatus in 2020 to help her daughter with virtual school, but started back with us in April 2023. She assists with patient scheduling, office operations, insurance processing, and addressing patient questions and needs. She is a loving mother and wife and obsessed with crafty projects. She is also a huge supporter of all circus arts and spends a large amount of her time flying through the air on different aerial apparatuses.
