Doctors of Chiropractic are considered “essential health care providers.” Chiropractic services represent an essential and necessary component of the health care program for millions of patients of all ages and walks of life. Especially during these challenging times associated with the COVID-19 Pandemic, chiropractors are uniquely positioned to LESSEN THE BURDEN on our allopathic medical facilities by taking care of acute musculoskeletal complaints/injuries, headaches/migraines, pain, etc. We see these cases everyday. Please seek us out and minimize the load on urgent/emergent care facilities and medical doctors’ offices.
We are pleased to continue to accept appointments for NEW and CURRENT patients who are experiencing acute pain, new injury, or are in immediate need of care for flare up or aggravations of chronic or recurrent conditions.
We fully understand the importance of maintaining your spinal health and the importance that regular chiropractic care has on your health and well-being, especially during stressful times. In order to align with Governor Ever’s 3/23/2020 “Safer At Home” executive order and actively participate in “decreasing the spread,” we are asking patients who are able to ADEQUATELY SELF-MANAGE AT HOME to STAY HOME and do so for the time being. We absolutely look forward to seeing you in the future and to returning to your normal schedule of chiropractic care.
** PLEASE NOTE **
Beginning 3/24/2020 we will NOT HAVE OFFICE STAFF working in office answering your phone calls, scheduling patients, or fielding billing and insurance questions. Our office manager will be working from home as much as possible. Our doctors WILL BE in office and handling all aspects of patient visits. We realize this is not an optimal scenario – but we do feel it is necessary.
Our office is monitoring and adhering to updates and guidance from the CDC, Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and the Eau Claire County Health Department. Our promise to your is that we will do our very best to continue to keep our office a safe, healthy environment for all of our patients and staff members during these unprecedented times.
